Berawal dari kunjungan pertama ke Desa Timuabang, Pulau Pura, Alor, Nusa Tenggara Timur pada 2016, Kami melihat potret nyata bagaimana kondisi wilayah pedalaman Indonesia yang sangat jauh berbeda dengan pesatnya perkembangan kota besar. Sejak 2016 hingga kini, Insan Bumi Mandiri telah menjadi jembatan #KebaikanPertama untuk pedalaman di seluruh penjuru negeri.

Insan Bumi Mandri is a philanthropic organization that focuses on helping Indonesia's rural/remote areas. Through the mission of empowering rural residents, increasing educational capacity, collaborating in health, and fulfilling clean water rights, this institution is committed to creating positive and sustainable changes in rural areas.

  • Organizing community-based local teacher training and programs to improve the quality of sustainable education in rural areas.

Milestone

2023

New milestones include the establishment of a second weaving center in Belu (on the Indonesia-Timor Leste border) and the expansion of empowerment areas to the Ende (a remote areas in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia) area in 2023, which benefited over 100 women weavers. Easy access to clean water following the launch of clean water access in three communities in Alor, East Nusa Tenggara, adds to the series of enjoyment caused by the positive impact.

2022

In the tough year of post-pandemic recovery, more than 200 programs helped communities in Indonesia get back on their feet.

2021

35,237 rural communities from 21 provinces have benefited greatly from you.

2020

More than 1,500 #KindnessFirsts have set sail for a brother in need in the hinterland, preparing for many more voyages of kindness.

2019

Alor weaving, East Nusa Tenggara attended the Ministry of Finance event in Jakarta.

2018

Community Economic Empowerment through Weaving Program in Alor, East Nusa Tenggara.

2017

There are many programs to help the people in remote areas, one of which is the Qurbani in the Interior program that empowers local breeders in NTT.

2015-2016

Seeing the huge gap between cities and rural areas in East Nusa Tenggara, Insan Bumi Mandiri was established with a mission to help those who have limited access there.
